◎ Material Composition  〉〉〉

 The solid vibration dampingsheet for automobiles produced by Bonderra is mainly made of polymer materialssuch as butyl rubber which is self-adhesive and non-drying with ageingresistance and good effect on vibration damping and sound insulation. It is mainlymade of sound insulating materials with a coating of self-adhesivepressure-sensitive adhesive and protective film. It contains no asphalt and isenvironment-friendly. Generally, the thickness of the sheet is 2mm~6mm. It canalso be made in blocks, bars or other shapes with various sizes. Someparticular shapes are also available upon request. This product is a bit hard;therefore, it is mostly used for smooth surfaces and it can also be bent orwrapped flexibly.

◎ Characteristics  〉〉〉

This product has strong self-adhesiveness with the characteristics of ordinary pressure-sensitive adhesives; therefore, no adhesive or heat treatment is needed when applying this product. It is very easy to use. You only need to tear off the protective film, apply it to the surface of the construction member and put some pressure on it with the roller to make it completely and firmly adhere to the component that requires vibration damping, which means the vibration of the component can be reduced by the larger structural loss factor.

◎ Application

This product can be applied toautomotive sheet parts and sound system for vibration damping and sound insulation.It is also widely used on the vibrating machines with thin walls for vibratingdamping and sound insulation, such as dish washer, washing machine, microwaveoven, kitchen ventilator, refrigerator, various chemical tower and ventilatingpipes etc.
