Purpose and Construction

This product is suitable for vibration reduction on the sheet metal surface of the washing machine shell to reduce the running noise of the washing machine.

Structure & Composition

This product is made of butyl rubber and other polymer materials as the main raw materials, supplemented by some modified special high damping materials, and mixed with appropriate amounts of fillers, softeners, antioxidants, etc.

It can be processed into sheets of different shapes, colors, specific gravity and specifications according to customer requirements, and coated with non-drying pressure-sensitive adhesive and protected by release paper.
