Structure & Composition

1. The damping vibration reduction sheet is a damping vibration reduction material with butyl rubber and other polymer materials as the main raw materials. It has excellent self-adhesiveness, strong non-drying, strong aging resistance, long life and other characteristics.

2. The product is composed of a damping rubber body and a constraint layer, providing a high structural loss coefficient in a wide temperature range.

3. At the same time, the surface can be compounded with one or several functional materials such as a sound-absorbing layer, a sound-insulating layer, and a heat-insulating layer to provide comprehensive performance. Various sizes, densities, hardness, colors and other characteristics can be customized according to customer requirements.

4. The surface of the aluminum foil can be customized with embossed patterns or the customer's brand LOGO. The customer needs to provide a brand authorization letter and a vector file.

5. The product is customized for sheet, coil, and punched into a specific required shape.
